The vision of the programme is to be a department that draws attention to the issue of sustainability, will benefit the food and beverage sector in the light of science, will promote Turkish culinary culture on the international platform, train experts who can develop different perspectives according to changing conditions, and is accepted nationally and internationally.
The mission of the programme is to create an environment that educates individuals who are equipped with professional knowledge and skills, who are open to multidisciplinary approaches in the fields of food science, art, history and economics, who have an ethical understanding and social responsibility awareness, who can research the needs of the sector and find solutions, who can have a voice at the international level, who have a leading spirit, who are well-equipped, and who continue education and research together.
