Admission Requirements

ALES/VERBAL score of at least 55 points. Detailed information can be found on the web page. Foreign applicants must have a certificate from the Turkish Language Teaching Center (TÖMER) showing that they have the Turkish language skills to follow graduate programs. Candidates who do not have this certificate are subjected to an exam in Turkish. Graduates of “Gastronomy” and/or “Gastronomy and Culinary Arts” and those who have received their undergraduate degree in fields different from the master's program they are admitted to can apply. However, a scientific preparation program is applied for such candidates in order to overcome their deficiencies.
