Vision and Mission of the Program

The vision of the program is to be a nationally and internationally recognized department that draws attention to the issue of sustainability, will benefit the food and beverage industry in the light of science, introduce the Turkish culinary culture on the international platform, develop experts who can develop different perspectives according to changing conditions.
The mission of the program is to be a program which is equipped with professional knowledge and skills, open to multidisciplinary approaches, has an ethical understanding and social responsibility awareness, researches sector needs and offers solutions, educates leaders and entrepreneurial individuals at the international level, and maintains education and research together.
