Vision and Mission of the Program

The vision of the program is to be a nationally and internationally recognized department that draws attention to the issue of sustainability, will benefit the food and beverage industry in the light of science, introduce the Turkish culinary culture on the international platform, develop experts who can develop different perspectives according to changing conditions.
The mission of the program, equipped with professional knowledge and skills, open to multidisciplinary approaches in the fields of food science, art, history and economics, ethical awareness and social responsibility, researching sector needs and finding solutions, educating leader spirited and entrepreneurial individuals at international level, training and to create an environment that conducts research together.
