Having advanced equipment all subjects such as; Gastronomy terminology, cooking techniques, hygiene, menu planning, Turkish and World cuisines,
Providing the promotion of local ingredients and dishes on national/international platforms,
Following the current developments in the field and have a critical point of view,
Developed problem solving skills, able to express himself/herself,
Capable of leading or organizing field-related organizations,
To train Gastronomy Specialist/Chef who will create innovation with scientific education.
