It is an interdisciplinary program that educates both chefs and managers who are providing the development of rich Turkish culinary culture at the international level and maintaining its dignity, know and follow the world cuisine, equipped with modern and classic cooking techniques and food and beverage management, cost control and menu engineering and can combine food security system with interdisciplinary subjects such as painting, sculpture, philosophy, etiquette, business administration, tourism, engineering fundamentals.
