Admission Requirements

To have taken at least 55 ALES/VERBAL. Detailed information can be found on the web page. Foreign applicants must have a certificate from the Turkish Language Teaching Centre (TÖMER) showing that they have the Turkish language skills to follow the graduate programmes. Candidates who do not have this certificate are subjected to an exam in Turkish.
Graduates of "Gastronomy" and/or "Gastronomy and Culinary Arts" and those who have received their undergraduate degree in different fields from the master's programme to which they are accepted can apply. However, scientific preparation programme is applied for such candidates in order to overcome their deficiencies.
