Course Objectives: | The aim of the health management and legislation course is to learn how medical doctors manage the health institution where they will work in the provision of health services, to correctly interpret the legislation they need to know in clinical management in the provision of services, to increase confidence in health by taking measures to protect the rights of society to access health and to develop awareness of responsibility. |
Course Content: | It includes the ability to create legislation for health management and health policy, to write procedures for the provision of services, taking into account international and national doctrines, to evaluate and manage the appropriate form of service, to protect the rights of health and patients |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) 1. Learn and express the basic concepts of health management 2. Learns and applies health legislation. 3. Develops a sense of responsibility in service delivery 4. Understands and applies Health and Patient Rights in the light of ethical concepts. 5. Knows the importance of ethics, patient rights, emergency and disaster situations in health institutions and takes the necessary precautions. 6. Protects the rights of society and individuals. 7.
