Recognition of Prior Learning

Students can be exempt from some courses within the framework of certain regulations. The requirement to attend these courses in the first, second and third years can be removed with the decision of the Faculty Administrative Board of the Faculty of Medicine if the content of the course taken at another institution in Turkey or abroad is in accordance with the content of the course given at Istinye University Faculty of Medicine and is approved by the transfer commission. It is exempted from the relevant internship in the fourth and fifth grades and is deducted from the family medicine period in the sixth grade.
