Food Technology program started to admit students in 2017 fall semester and will give its first graduates in 2019. In the food technology program, students will recieve education in general chemistry, microbiology, food microbiology, hygiene sanitation, food technologies (meat, milk, cereals, fruits, vegetables, ready-to-eat, fermented products), food industry machines, food packaging. Unlike other universities, practical education is provided for each of the technology courses, microbiology and food microbiology courses in Food Technology Program, There is a laboratory with a wide range of opportunities for wet chemistry and instrumental analyses. The language of education is Turkish. |
