Aim of the Programme

To develop a profession technician with the title of Food Technician who has the necessary knowledge about ,food science and technology, food regulations, food safety, food production stages, be able to adapt to the technological development, be able to perform the necessary control and analysis at every stage of food production, capable of producing solutions when necessary, conscious, entrepreneur, taking into account the ethical values in the work.
