To train Gastronomy Specialist/Chef who draws attention to environmental and sustainability issues, promotes local materials and traditions on national and international platforms, analyses world cuisines and cultures, has all kinds of equipment in food history, cooking techniques, food pairing and food stylistics, those who are interested in cuisine, food and cooking, to provide the opportunity to receive scientific education in culinary arts and at the same time to create innovation.
