Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the Health Law course; It is necessary for health managers to interpret the legislation correctly in service delivery, to increase the trust in health and to develop the awareness of responsibility by taking measures to protect the rights of the society in accessing health.
Course Content: It covers creating legislation for health law, health management and health policy, writing procedures in the provision of service by considering international and national doctrines, evaluating and managing the appropriate form of service, and protecting health and patient rights.

The students who have succeeded in this course;

3) Develops a sense of responsibility in service delivery
4) Comprehends and applies Health and Patient Rights in the light of ethical concepts.
