Aim of the Programme

The aim of the course is to educate the human resources occupational staff who are responsible for the ethical values of an organization that supports the operational activities of human resources processes related to recruitment and dismissal, training, career and talent management, performance evaluation, organizational development and personnel affairs, conducting activities such as research and reporting on these processes.
