Course Objectives: | The aim of the course for each student; Defining the management processes in the field of nursing, determining the management strategies, aiming to gain the ability to determine the appropriate learning environment and learning methods in the preparation of an education. |
Course Content: | Development of nursing management process, management strategies, performance management, Human Resources and nursing staff planning process. |
