Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: At the end of this course, students will be able to recognize the basic components of foreign trade, identify the problems that arise in these elements and choose solutions that suit their needs. At the end of the course, they will be able to apply this knowledge by developing the knowledge that a foreign trade employee should have and the ability to use it.
Course Content: Foreign trade processes. State supports in foreign trade, exporters' associations, customs. finance and transportation methods, and payment/delivery methods in foreign trade.

2) Understands the importance and place of human resources applications in terms of business management.
3) Has knowledge about human resources management and business life.
4) Responsible for the solution of current problems related to human resources management.
5) Has basic knowledge in the field of human resources management.
6) Plans human resources, plans and implements the selection of employees, recruitment, training of hired personnel and career development.
7) Learns performance valuation methods and applies the commonly used performance evaluation methods.
8) Has knowledge about all legal issues related to occupational safety and human resources management of employees at work.
9) Evaluates the responsibilities of the profession in a universal dimension and applies them within the framework of their ethical values.
10) It uses information and communication technologies with computer software at the basic level of at least European Computer use license required by the field.
11) According to one foreign language education levels in the general A2 level in terms of developments in the field using European language portfolio by monitors and communicates with colleagues.
