Course Objectives: | To comprehend the literary texts of Turkish literature developed between the 16-19th centuries. |
Course Content: | Turkish literature developed between the 16-19thcenturies, the lives and works of the poets and writers living in this period, social and political life of the period, interpretation of verse and prose texts of the period |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Can recognize the main figures of Turkish literature developed between the 16-19th centuries. 2) Can give information about the works of poets and writers living in this period. 3) Can comprehend the effects of social and political events on literature in this period. 4) Can give information about the movements in literature during this period. 5) Can understand and explain literary texts written in this period. |
