The vision of the Department of Bioinformatics and Genetics is to improve the technology further that is developed in the field of basic and health sciences in the last 20 years, to solve the fundamental problems in the field of life and natural sciences with an innovative perspective using both genetic and computer sciences, to create high added value in the field of genetics and bioinformatics by integrating multiple disciplines into each other.
The mission of the Department of Bioinformatics and Genetics is to train graduates who can quickly adapt to scientific developments, compete at national and international level, adopt universal and ethical values and be part of R&D projects focused on quality and improvement. In to realize this mission, it offers contemporary and progressive educational opportunities, and up-to-date technological opportunities to students within the program. |
