The vision of the Child Development Program is that the scientific, environmental, social, technological development takes into account the humanitarian values that take into consideration in education and training environments. Within the framework of human rights, it is to be a department that can evaluate social changes and transfer to practice / working area and to educate modern-innovative child developmentists.
The mission of the programme is to raise “Child Development Expert” who is capable of self-development and development, respectful of human rights, competent in contemporary, professional and scientific fields while taking care of the children who shows atypical development between 0-18 years of age, children who are in need of protection, children who are living in the institution, working children, refugee children, children who are inclined to crime, and children with health problems in the fields of mental, language, motor, self-care, social or emotional area. The aim of the progremme is that to provide the child, family, other professional professionals and the society with the support of the child's special needs with sensitivity. |
