| According to Article 15 of Istinye University Graduate Education and Training Regulations, 'those who want to transfer from one of the institutes affiliated to another university to an institute of the University from programmes that are similar in nature and whose equivalence is approved by the institute board, in order to be admitted to the institute, they must have completed at least one semester of graduate education in the institute where they were first admitted, have been successful in each of the courses they have taken and have fulfilled the student admission requirements for the graduate programmes they want to transfer to'. |
