Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To introduce the physiotherapists the gut microbiota, the relationship between the microbiota and the body, the effect of exercise types on the microbiota, and the microbiota-exercise relationship in athletes.
Course Content: Intestinal microbiota; the relationship of microbiota with various environmental conditions (nutrition, exercise, stress, mode of birth, etc.), diversity of microbiota; metabolic, immune system and immune system relations; Microbiota, acute and chronic exercise, endurance exercises, aerobic exercise; microbiota and exercise performance, microbiota and athlete relationships

The students who have succeeded in this course;
