Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is to provide students with information about the physical fitness tests applied in healthy people and diseases related to the musculoskeletal system.
Course Content: Physical fitness tests used to determine physical activity and functional exercise capacity in healthy individuals and patients. Evaluate and interpret test results. To determine which tests will be used to evaluate the performance of the athlete.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Will be able to determine physical fitness tests used to determine physical activity and functional exercise capacity in healthy individuals and patients.
2) Will be able to apply physical fitness tests, evaluate and interpret the results.
3) It will determine which tests will be used to evaluate the performance of the athlete.
