Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:	The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts related to finance and economics, and the concepts that they will need to show the right attitude and behavior in financial issues that can be encountered, including individuals and businesses, and to make the right decisions.
Course Content:	Financial literacy concept, basic concepts of finance and economy, interest calculations, financial system, money and capital markets, financial instruments, cash budget, break-even analysis, alternative financial resources, investment decisions.

1) The concept, definition and scope of financial literacy
2) To be able to recognize the basic concepts of finance and economics
3) Purposes and functions of financial management in businesses
4) Recognition, reading and interpretation of financial statements.
