Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Informing the students about the Aviation Rules, job descriptions and work discipline that cabin crew must comply with. To raise awareness about the profession.
Course Content:
The Airline's organizational structure and the duties and responsibilities of cabin crew within the structure.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Organizational structures of Arline Companies and presentation of departments
2) To teach the procedures and standards to be followed by cabin crew.
3) To introduce national and international aviation regulations.
4) Introduce cabin crew performance management criterias.
5) To Introduce Cabin Crew Health precautions.
6) Introduce cabin crew training and certification procedure
7) To raise awareness about uniform rules.

Course Flow Plan

1) Course Syllabus, Purpose of the Course, Cabin Crew Manual, Vision and Mission of Airlines, Organizational Structures of Airlines, Basic Values and Principles of the Employee.
2) Duties and Responsibilities of the Personnel, Hierarchical Order in Flight Operations, Duties and Responsibilities of the Chief Cabin Crew/ Purser
3) Duties and Duties of a Cabin Attendant, Requirements to become a Cabin Attendant
4) Cabin Crew's Duty Start Time, Arrival and Departure of Cabin Crew, Accommodation Procedures and Rules to be Followed in Hotels.
5) CDeadhead Flights, Rules to be Followed by Deadhead Flights, No Smoking , Passport ,Visa and Customs Procedures , Mobile Phone Usage Procedures , Currency , Postal Transport and Exchange Procedures
6) Documents that Cabin Crews are obliged to Carry, Aircraft Briefcase
7) Individual Representation of the Airline Operator and Uniform Usage Rules, Materials That Cabin Crew Should Have With Them On The Flight, Certificate Validity, Cabin Crew Competence and Performance Criteria
