Course Objectives: | The aim of the course; to learn students analyzing methods of the novel, to show Turkish and Western famous novels, explain the elements of the structure of the novel |
Course Content: | Analyzing methods of the novel, fictional structure of novel, plot of novel, fictional characters of novel, fictional places, fictional time in novel, narrator, analyzing Turkish and Western famous novels |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) They learn analyzing methods of the novel. 2) They can think of the texts critically. 3) They understand the connection between the content and the shape of the texts. 4) They can make comparison between the fictional texts. 5) They can see the hidden meanings in the texts and improve to the level of the ideal reader. |
