Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to teach the historical development of Turkish theater from past to present
Course Content: Theater genre in Turkish society from past to present, historical development of theater genre in Turkish literature; Examining sample theater texts from Turkish literature.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Students can learn the historical development of the theater genre.
2) Students can learn the progress of Turkish theater from past to present.
3) Students can interpret the works of Turkish theater literature.

4) Uses computer software, and information and communication technologies at least at the European Computer Driving License Basic Level.
5) Uses Turkish in terms of intonation and emphasis aesthetically; writes accurate, comprehensible, effective articles in terms of spelling and punctuation. 3 3 3

7) Understands the historical and modern Turkish texts written with different alphabets, transmits them to modern Turkish.
