Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Describing the works of the Turkish Writing Revolution. Explaining the Tanzimat Period Language and Writing Discussions, Constitutional Monarchy Language and Writing Discussions, Early Republican Language and Writing Discussions Knowing the place and value of the Sun Language Theory and Turkish History Thesis.
Course Content: The concept of modernization, the effect of modernization period on Turkish and the studies carried out in this period.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Learning the concept of modernization, the effect of modernization period on Turkish and studies of this period.
2) Defining the works of Turkish Writing Revolution.
3) Knowing the language and writing discussions of Tanzimat Period, Constitutional Monarchy language and writing discussions, Early Republican Language and Writing Discussions.
4) The student knows the place and value of the Sun-Language Theory in Turkish Language Thesis and Turkish History Thesis.
5) Learning the acceptance of new Turkish letters.
