Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce students clinical psychology’s scope, research methods, assessment and evaluation instruments and main psychotherapeutic approaches.
Course Content: Theoretical and research models of clinical psychology such as individual, group and family therapies, diagnostic assessment approaches and their findings.

1) Comprehend clinical psychology as a sub area of psychology and its boundaries.
2) Understand the basic features and principles of clinical assessment.
