Course Objectives: | The primary objective of this course is to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various social media platforms. By the end of the course, students should be able to use social media analytics tools, understand the impact of social media data on business decisions, and create actionable insights for strategic planning. |
Course Content: | The proliferation of social media, social networking websites, blogging and microblogging, and other forms of online interaction and content generation. |
