Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This Course aims to introduce the students to the basic concepts and rules of law with an emphasis on the Turkish legal system.
Course Content: An overview of the Law, and the Legal Systems

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Students will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the main concepts of law.
2) They will be able to understand the differences between Law, Ethics, Religious Order, Etiquette.
3) They will understand the Creation and the Interpretation of Laws
4) They will understand the differences between Public Law v. Private Law.
5) They will understand the main legal systems in the world.
