Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: At the end of this course the student will be able to communicate effectively with the child and his / her family.
Course Content: Communication, effective communication techniques with children, effective communication between family children, effective communication techniques with family, communication in business life, effective communication techniques with staff.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Defines the basic concepts of communication.
2) Uses and interprets effective communication techniques and methods with children.
3) Explains the reasons of effective communication between family and child.
4) Knows the methods of effective communication with family.
5) Applies ways of communication in business life.
