| Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is for each student; First of all, it is aimed to raise awareness about the responsibilities of employees about quality and accreditation in health institutions, which are better to teach what the understanding of quality means. |
| Course Content: | The concept of quality development in the history of the concept of quality in the world and in Turkey, standards, accreditation and standardization concepts, the concept of quality in health services, measurement of the concept of quality of health care and health quality standards (SKS Version 5), related to quality measurement in healthcare practices |

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Quality related basic planning. 2) Form the historical background of quality concept. 3) Explain the importance of quality concept. 4) Define what quality means in health services. 5) It is used in practice by learning quality standards in health after graduation. 6) Applying the quality standards used in health institutions. 7) Explain how quality is measured in the provision of health services. 8) Share the situations showing the poor quality in the current applications with management. |
