Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To inform about the concept of strategic management, to adopt the objectives of strategic management, to ensure that the implementation and implementation tools in institutions are reinforced by case studies.
Course Content: Strategic Management Concept and Definitions, Strategic Management and Classical Management Comparison, Relationship of Strategy with Similar Concepts: Vision, Mission, Values, Policies, Environmental Analysis, Strategic Analysis of the Business, Strategic Analysis of the Business (SWOT Analysis), Strategic Approach to Strategy Planning and Business Functions, Strategy Implementation, Review and Evaluation of Strategy, Update in Strategy, Improvement Methods,

2) Counts environmental factors.
3) It lists the positive and negative effects of environmental factors on the organization.
