Aim of the Programme

The aim of the Opticianry Program is to train opticians who can read prescriptions prepared by the ophthalmologist to eliminate or alleviate visual impairments, supply optical equipment, select the lenses and frames most suitable for the patient, perform the necessary eyeglass repair and modification procedures and perform eyeglass assembly operations in the most appropriate way for the patient.
