Course Objectives:

The course aims to enable students to learn concepts related to basic business and business functions; to understand current issues and business related developments and to create a foundation to integrate them with practice.

Course Content:

Enterprises and their Characteristics, Business Environment, Ethics and Social Responsibility in Enterprises, Establishment and Growth of Enterprises
Enterprises Management in planning, organizing,directing and controlling Functions, decision-making in business management, organizational design, and organizational culture, managing change and innovation, production and Marketing, Human Resources Management, Accounting and financial management

7) Understands the historical and modern Turkish texts written with different alphabets, transmits them to modern Turkish.

10) Examine and evaluate the Turkish works in the social and cultural context.

12) Makes interpretation, commentary, interpretation, analysis and analysis by using traditional methods used in understanding, explaining and interpreting the old Turkish literature texts.
13) Uses philological, etymological and semantic approaches to understanding texts.
14) Respects social, cultural and individual differences, universal values and human rights in scientific and professional activities.
