Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It aims to ensure that students have the necessary qualifications and knowledge to start a business, and to equip students with the necessary equipment to reveal and develop their entrepreneurial characteristics.
Course Content: The focus of the course is the entrepreneur. In this context, the nature of the environment in which an entrepreneur works and the unique characteristics of an entrepreneurial manager are discussed. Issues related to the conceptual framework of entrepreneurship, priority areas, basic functions, financing, process, culture, local and international context of entrepreneurship will be addressed. With this course, students are enabled to reveal their entrepreneurial characteristics and develop them.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Questions entrepreneurial characteristics based on entrepreneurial characteristics. It allows to compare the activities described regarding the types of entrepreneurship.
2) Develops his/her own entrepreneurial characteristics by evaluating the entrepreneurial characteristics in successful entrepreneurship stories.
3) Compares opportunities in the appropriate sector by learning the barriers and incentives in entrepreneurship
