Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach students their reights and responsibilites within the framwork of legal regulations in a porcess where communication and mass media has effects on people’s life; to ensure that they find solutions to their problems in both their proffesional and private righst based on legal grounds.
Course Content: The main topics of this course are ‘’Turkish Constitution, The Press Law, The Law on the Establishment of Radio and Television and Broadcasting Services, The Internet Law, The Turkish Criminal Code, The Criminal Procedure Law and the legal regulations on communcations rights and responsibilites in the intellecetual property law.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) They will learn to solve the porblems they encounter in legal area.
2) They will learn their rights and responsibles against laws.
3) Their trust in konwledge and experince will be developed.
