Program Information

This programme will enable students to take part in various projects in Turkey and abroad in innovative and creative ways and to have the necessary equipment to work in the developing gastronomy sector with a more conscious approach.The language of instruction of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Non-Thesis Master's Programme, which will start accepting students in the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall semester, is Turkish.
