In recent years, developments in information and communication technologies, the increasing virtual weight of globalization, changing consumer demands and needs, financial fluctuations have left business managements under more uncertain, dynamic and complex environmental conditions. For businesses that cannot match their strategies with these dynamic conditions and competencies, permanent damage occurs to the business. Environmental pollution and epidemics are another result of globalization. Dependencies that arise as a result of political, economic, technological and socio-cultural mobility affect all societies and institutions, regardless of country.
