As a result of the economic, demographic, social and cultural improvements that happened in our country in parallel with the improvements in the world, the need for better healthcare Management arose. It is quite important to meet this need as primary goal of our healthcare system to secure, enhance and improve the health status of our citizens. Achieving this goal requires qualified healthcare managers who are capable of providing healthcare services, financing healthcare needs, enabling the input required by the system, determining health policies, evaluating performance with their professional knowledge and skills.
