| In order to be admitted to the institute, those who want to transfer from one of the institutes affiliated to another university from programs of similar quality and whose equivalence is approved by the institute board must have completed at least one semester of graduate education in the institute where they were first admitted, must have been successful in each of the courses they have taken and must have fulfilled the student admission requirements for the graduate programs they want to transfer to. The exemption evaluations of transfer and other transfer students regarding the courses they have taken and succeeded in equivalent programs are determined by the proposal of the relevant department / program head and the decision of the institute board of directors. |
