Admission Requirements

A student who wishes to enroll in the doctoral program must complete the processes and pass the exams specified by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) within the framework of the university's academic and legal regulations. Candidates applying for the doctoral program must first hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and have the minimum scores required by the Senate of Istinye University in foreign language exams (such as YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL, etc.).
