Student Affairs Office

Directorate for Student Registration Affairs (ÖKİD) provides information and consultancy on academic and administrative issues for undergraduate, associate degree and graduate students from their first registration process to their graduation at İstinye University.

Student advisors responsible for undergraduate and associate degree students work in ÖKİD to support the students.

 

Services provided by Student Registration Affairs are as follows:

  • First registrations of students,
  • Opening and tracking their personal files,
  • Assignment and follow-up of curriculums,
  • Document requests, preparation and delivery,
  • Follow-up of all kinds of information about the student automation system,
  • Students’ Disciplinary procedures,
  • Students’ military service procedures,
  • Dismissal procedures,
  • Starts and follow-ups of course enrolments,
  • Freezing registration on information received from academic units,
  • Follow-up and completing processes of graduation,

• Preparation and printing of temporary graduation certificate and diplomas
