Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Physiological explanation of behavior. Explaining the neurobiological basis of behavior, emotions and thoughts, revealing the relationship between behavior and processes in the brain.
Course Content: The course includes topics that reveal the anatomy and physiology of the brain and its relation to behavior and cognition.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Defines the biological origins of "Behavioral Neuroscience".
2) Comprehends the neurobiological basis of behavior, emotions and thoughts.
3) Explain the structural and functional organization of the human nervous system.
4) It can establish the connection between human behavior and the nervous system.
5) Distinguish the psychological and physiological basis of psychopathologies.
