Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To provide students with basic definitions, sources of evidence and advanced knowledge of evidence-based medicine and evidence-based midwifery practices.
Course Content: Evidence-Based Medicine, history and the reason for the emergence of Evidence-based medicine, characteristics of evidence, definition of evidence-based practice, Evidence-Based Practice Process, degree of evidence, degrees of evidence, what are its features? Bases, Evidence-Based Practice Barriers.
