Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Protection and improvement of the health of women, fetuses and newborns during the perinatal period
be able to plan appropriate midwifery care in early diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation phases
aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills.
Course Content: It covers the midwifery graduate student's learning of the physiopathological processes in cases where pregnancy is at risk due to maternal systemic diseases and the invasive procedures used in prenatal diagnosis, and counseling and management skills in abnormal fetal conditions detected in prenatal diagnosis with Biochemical and Biophysical Monitoring.

2) Counseling for invasive procedures used in prenatal diagnosis,
3) Counseling in abnormal fetal situations detected in prenatal diagnosis,
