Course Objectives: | This course stands for the students to gain general knowledge about molecular techniques. |
Course Content: | Human genome features, transcription steps, translation steps and mechanism, Crisper method, micro RNA features, PCR application steps, Western blotting application steps, immunohistochemistry application steps |
