Course Objectives: | It is to increase trust in health and develop a sense of responsibility by taking measures to protect the rights of the society in accessing health, the legislations that health managers should know, their correct interpretation in service delivery. |
Course Content: | Within the scope of health law, it teaches to create legislation for health management and health policy, to write procedures in the provision of service by taking into account international and national doctrines, to evaluate and manage the appropriate form of service, to operate, to protect the rights of health and patients. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Learn and express the basic concepts of health law 2) Learns and applies health legislation. 3) Develops a sense of responsibility in service delivery 4) Comprehends and applies Health and Patient Rights in the light of ethical concepts. 5) Knows the importance of ethics, patient rights, emergency and disaster situations in health institutions and takes the necessary precautions. 6) Protects the rights of society and individuals. 7) It ensures that the service is provided in the shortest time with the highest benefit. |
