Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to gain critical evaluation and design skills related to health organization by discussing theoretical and applied knowledge within the framework of organizational structures and the interaction of the organization with its environment.
Course Content: The topics of this course are the ontology of modern economic organizations; its historical development; assumptions and mechanisms of organizational-environment interactions; economic and sociological theories of organizational structure; These are empirical analyses of organizational theories with country examples.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Comprehend the structures of modern economic organizations and their relations with their environment,
2) Determine the organizational effects of different social and economic environmental pressures,
3) Make sense of the dynamics of formation of different organizations or organizational areas,
4) Design health organizations in Turkey and make predictions about their possible adaptation to the environment
