Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The purpose of the course is generally to help graduate students develop research, writing, presentation, and critical thinking skills. This type of seminar usually focuses on a specific topic or discipline and offers students the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in the relevant field.
Course Content: A study aimed at improving students' ability to explain, interpret, discuss and communicate in front of the public, by preparing an original study that will contribute to current, academic and social developments in the field of education and/or thesis topics, in accordance with scientific research norms.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to follow the latest developments in a certain sub-branch of the field by doing a literature review.
2) Gaining the ability to use the internet and scientific databases for literature review.
3) Gaining the ability to critically read articles on the chosen topic or problem and follow references.
4) Gaining the ability to prepare reports and presentations to effectively describe the literature on the chosen topic.
5) Gaining the ability to make effective presentations.
